Purpose

This site introduces Starty, an AI co-pilot that takes you from an idea to validation and a business model canvas. If you're launching in Spain, it also guides you through the first legal steps. Today the site only collects sign-ups for a waitlist. There's nothing to buy, no payment and no access to the product yet.

What Starty is not

Starty doesn't offer investment, equity, loans, crowdfunding or financial brokerage. It isn't authorised by the CNMV (Spain's securities regulator) for those activities, because it doesn't carry them out. Nor does it replace advice from a lawyer, a gestor (business administrator) or a tax advisor.

Intellectual property

The text, brand and design of this site belong to Starty unless stated otherwise. The Nunito typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Copying the site to present it as your own service is not allowed.

Liability

The content is for information only and, in this version, provisional. The owner is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of what appears here, nor for any external links that may be added later. The future AI-based product may make mistakes, so its output should always be double-checked.

Governing law

This site is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
